sorry, my shift key isn't working rn so i can's it. is there a way that i could be head of something else[insert question mark here] i'm not very roleplay-ey, so i'd rather be head of something else. but if head of roleplay could just mean being a mentor or the principal of foxfire, i can still do that.
I'm not very experienced in roleplay, so I'm not sure if I'm quite fit for the position. I also don't have the type of time for that, because I'm online in the afternoon, but during school hours, I can't do anything, resulting in the fact that the thing may have passed by the time I had gotten there. Also, I'm not allowed to get too many emails from FANDOM a day, so it'd be hard for me to moderate. I'd rather do something connected to wiki development and learn how to code.
Look Char. I even told you you might not be an admin permanently. If you're mad, I can't really do anything. You sound extremely mad, that statement above was SUPER passive aggressive. At the end of the day, me and Luna did what we thought was the best for the wiki. If you don't like your role (which is kind of a big deal, cause this is a roleplay wiki), you can step down.
OMGOMGOMGOMG I DIDNT MEAN TO MAKE IT SOUND LIKE THAT!!!!! I knew that I wasn’t going to be an admin, but I do know that this is not the right role for me, and you never just want to change someone’s permissions (mostly talking about promoting) because there are lots of people that don’t want to be an admin. Lots of people don’t want that type of power, so it’s always a good idea to talk to them first. And I wish you had talked to me about this first, because I knew that I wasn’t going to be an administrator, but I really am not cut out for this role. I want to help move your community forward, and help you build this wiki, but I can’t do that if I’m not right for this role. It’s not something that fits my personality, and being a leader, you must keep that in mind. When assigning roles, you must know what people actually want to do before doing it. Otherwise, you’re percieved as a bad leader, and no one wants that.
